Kangerlussuaq
Kangerlussuaq is located on the west coast of Greenland. Between 1941 and 1992, Kangerlussuaq was used as a U.S. Air Force Base. Nowadays, this small city is inhabited by no more than 550 residents. Although not many tourists visit this unique location, there is plenty to do and visit. From taking freezing ice baths in the morning to watching the Northern Lights at night, Kangerlussuaq has it all. Are you ready to face the cold of the arctic?
